Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco - an Canadian and American musician and singer. She has released over 20 albums of studio work. Her music is classified as folk as well as alternative rock, but it has additional elements of punk, funk, hip hop and jazz. Ani Difranco has been widely recognized as an icon of music that is feminist. In 1990, she was among the first to establish her own label independently.
